English Translation
A dog does not distinguish between a thief, a guest, or a beggar. Seeing anyone, it barks. No amount of training works on such a creature; all words spoken to it are wasted. It vomits up milk and eats filth, never abandoning its own ways. Says Tuka, what is the use of praising or blaming such misconduct? Such is the nature of the wicked.
