Abhanga 316The Nature of God

God's Protecting Love

English Translation · I.P. 316

1 ISTEN to the greatness of love: Rama ate J the berries of the Bhil woman: he hungers after love, he is ravenous to feed on it. He pays no heed to the eight transcendental powers or the ocean of milk; he drinks Sudani a’ s water and eats his mouthfuls of parched rice. He does not complain that another has tasted it or despise it as small, says Tuka, because of the love that offers it.
