लेकराची आळी न पुरवी कैसी । काय तयापाशीं उणें जालें ॥1॥
आह्मां लडिवाळां नाहीं तें प्रमाण । कांहीं ब्रह्मYाान आत्मिस्थति ॥ध्रु.॥
वचनाचा घेइऩन अनुभव पदरीं । जें हें जनाचारीं मिरवलें ॥2॥
तुका ह्मणे माझी भोिळवेची आटी । दावीन शेवटीं कौतुक हें ॥3॥

HOW can a child’s longing fail to be gratified ? We who are God’s babes trust not to knowledge of Brahma or union with the supreme soul. We will master by experience those words which have been published. Tuka says, This shall be the effort I make in my simplicity, when the last end comes I will show this fond desire.
