English Translation
O saints, please hear this final plea. May You never forget me, O God. What more shall I say? Everything is already known at Your feet. Says Tuka, I have fallen at Your feet. Spread the shade of Your grace over me.

What it means
This is Tukaram laying down a last, stripped request and asking the saints to witness it. His whole prayer narrows to one thing: that God should never forget him. He says there is nothing more to add, because at God's feet everything about him is already known; explaining himself would be pointless. So he simply falls at the feet and asks for the cool shade of grace to be spread over him, the posture of someone who has nothing left to offer but surrender.
