English Translation
He stands with even feet upon the brick, Rukmini's Beloved. The Vedas and scriptures find their home in Him. He has blessed His servants with great grace. The four kinds of liberation reside near the Name; experience this truth within your heart. Says Tuka, all sacred arts reside in His being.

In Plain Words
He stands with even feet upon the brick, the Beloved of Rukmini. In Him the Vedas and the scriptures find their home. He has done His servants this great kindness. The four kinds of liberation wait close beside the Name; look, and feel the proof of it in your own heart. Tuka says: every sacred power lives in His body.
What it means
Tukaram is gathering everything into the figure on the brick at Pandhari. The Lord stands with feet set level, the Beloved of Rukmini, and the Vedas and scriptures are not above Him but find their source, their home, in Him. His kindness to his servants is to put the whole of that within reach of the Name. The four kinds of liberation that seekers strain after are not far off; they stand beside the Name, and the proof is not in argument but in the heart of anyone who tests it. So all sacred power is present in this one form, and the Name is the door to it.
