English Translation
God has come in the sesame offering; the jiva is satiated with sweetness. This auspicious moment has borne fruit; the inner impurity is gone. Sin and merit have both ended; a single holy bath has settled everything. Says Tuka, the tongue has become pure in the celebration honoring Janardana.

He says the single sacred bath ends both sin and merit at once, lifting him past the whole ledger of deeds. And in the festival that honors Janardana, even his speech is made pure.
