English Translation
Among all sacred places, the Lord of Pandhari is the crest-jewel. Blessed, blessed is Pandhari, the eternal city of liberation. He is the place of true rest, this King of Pandhari. Says Tuka, I tell you plainly: Pandhari is a second Vaikuntha.

In Plain Words
Above all sacred places, the Lord of Pandhari is the crest-jewel. Blessed, blessed is Pandhari, the deathless city of liberation. He is the place of true rest, this King of Pandhari, mine. Tuka says: I tell you plainly, Pandhari is a second Vaikuntha.
What it means
Tukaram raises Pandhari above every other holy site, calling its Lord the crest-jewel of all pilgrimages. He blesses the city itself as the eternal town of liberation, the one place where the soul finds true rest. The Lord there, Panduranga, is not distant but his own: my King of Pandhari. He states it without hedging: Pandhari is Vaikuntha itself brought to earth, the very abode of God made present in this town.
