समर्थाचे सेवे कोठें नाहीं घात । पाहों नये अंत पांडुरंगा ॥1॥

निढळ राखिलें तरी भयाभीत । हर्षामर्ष चित्त पावतसे॥2॥

English Translation
In the service of the powerful one, there is never any ruin. One should not test the patience of Panduranga. Consider Your own nature carefully and come to dwell within. If You leave me exposed, my mind swings between fear, elation, and resentment. Says Tuka, only then will the verdict become clear, when the longing for Your sight yields auspicious fame.
