English Translation
When one remembers God in truth, all fear flees. There is no need for any worry, for He takes charge of everything. When devotion abides at His feet, God is right there, close at hand. Says Tuka, by the name of Krishna, cooling love spreads to all.

In Plain Words
When you truly remember God, fear turns and runs away. There is no need to carry any worry; he holds all power in his hands. When your love rests at his feet, God is right there, close by. Tuka says: by the name of Krishna, cool, calm love spreads to everyone.
What it means
Tukaram makes a plain promise about remembrance done in earnest: fear simply flees, because the One remembered governs everything. Worry becomes pointless once you grant that all power is in God's hands and not your own. The condition he names is sincerity of love at God's feet; where that love stays, God is already near. He ends by widening the gift: the name of Krishna does not soothe one person alone but spreads a cooling love to all who take it up.
Faith and Trust
The boldness of faith, steadfastness, and the security of trusting in God.
