English Translation
God has given me a place where I need not die. For my sake, He has carried me at His throat. He has given me shelter in His home, where all emptiness is dissolved. Says Tuka, in that one place, there is no 'mine' or 'yours' anymore.

In Plain Words
There is no more dying for me. God has given me such a place. For my sake he has carried me at his throat. He has given me a place in his home, and all the emptiness is gone. Tuka says: in that one place there is no 'mine' or 'yours' anymore.
What it means
Tukaram is naming the safety he has been given and what it cost the Lord to give it. God has set him in a place where death no longer reaches, carrying him close, at the throat, as one carries what is most precious. Taken into God's own home, every hollow and lack in him is filled. The deepest mark of that home is the end of separation: in that one place the line between 'mine' and 'yours' simply dissolves, and the soul and the Lord are no longer two.
Ecstasy and Joy
Triumphant happiness: poems written from the far side of the struggle.
