English Translation
Place your burden upon God and live by the unsolicited sustenance He provides. God looks after the body and arranges what is needed at the proper time. Have firm faith; the Lord of the universe will provide in abundance. Says Tuka, know this: you need only the single strength of devotion.

What it means
Tukaram describes a life lived by leaning the whole weight on God. The highest way is ayachit, taking only what comes unasked, because the one who trusts does not have to scheme or beg. He says God himself tends the body and supplies what is needed in its proper time, so anxious provision is unnecessary. The promise is that firm faith is met by the Vishvambhara, the all-sustaining Lord, who gives abundantly. The single claim he lands is that devotion's trust is the only strength a person actually needs.
