English Translation
Now the jiva feels no fear, having rendered service to the Capable One. Now let my mind hold firm to this certainty: let there be no lapse in contemplation. No one has ever been turned away here; every seeker who came was met with grace. Says Tuka, here there is no other rule: at God's feet, kings and beggars stand alike.

In Plain Words
Now my soul feels there is no fear left, for I have served the Capable One. Now let my mind hold this certainty firm. Let there be no break in remembering Him. No one has ever been turned away here. Every beggar who came was met with grace. Tuka says: here there is no other rule. At God's feet the king and the beggar stand alike.
What it means
Tukaram declares that fear is gone once a person has given service to God, the one truly able to help. He turns to his own mind and asks it to hold this certainty steadily and never let the remembrance of God lapse, because the confidence has to be kept, not just felt once. The ground of that confidence is God's record: no one who came here has ever been refused, and every seeker met grace. The single rule of this door is that it makes no distinction of rank, so a king and a beggar stand equal at God's feet.
Faith and Trust
The boldness of faith, steadfastness, and the security of trusting in God.
