राहाणें तें पायांपाशी । आणिकां रसीं विटोनि ॥1॥

English Translation
Let me abide at Your feet, having grown weary of all other pleasures. Grant this steadiness to my mind, O Narayana; this is my prayer. Within my chitta is Your dwelling; everything else is destined for destruction. Says Tuka, I wish to preserve this final truth as something genuine.
