English Translation
For us who are single-minded, merit resides at all times in the Master's feet alone. The wanderings of the mind's desires have ceased; I abide by His command as my sole authority. The mind has turned away from all else; whatever is given shall be my offering. Says Tuka, now my vow is fulfilled; without the One, everything else is barren.

For us who want one thing only, our merit lies always in the Master's feet, and nowhere else. The wandering of my mind's desires has stopped; I keep His command as my one authority. My mind has turned back from everything else. Whatever I give shall be my offering. Tuka says: now my vow is fulfilled. Without the One, everything else is barren.
What it means
Tukaram describes the settled state of single-mindedness, where all merit is gathered into one place: the feet of the Master. The mind that once roamed after many desires has come to rest, and His command alone now governs the poet's life. Having turned away from every rival object, whatever he offers becomes an offering to the One. He closes by naming the fulfillment of his vow, and the plain truth behind it: stripped of the One, the whole of the rest is empty ground.
