English Translation
To whom shall I offer a measure? The Self has merged with the Self. What question remains of far or near? One has been shown as ten; wipe away the illusion and see. Says Tuka, the burden is finished; now everything is mine.

What it means
Tukaram is naming the moment when measuring stops, because there is no longer a second thing to measure against. The Self has merged into the Self, so distance, near and far, has no meaning. What looked like many, the ten, was only the one appearing as many; rub away that mistake and you see it. With duality gone, the weight he had been carrying is set down, and what remains is not loss but total possession: everything is now his, because nothing stands apart from him.
