English Translation
In the village of Vishnu's servants, there is no anxiety. The sound of triumph resounds always. Narayana's Name is the wealth stored in every home; all goods are contained within it. It is plentiful for all, enough for everyone, for women, men, and children to partake. Says Tuka, in this joy upon joy, Govinda Himself has made Govinda's harvest bloom.

In Plain Words
In the village of Vishnu's servants there is no worry. The shout of victory sounds there always. Narayana's Name is the wealth stored in every home; all goods are held inside it. It is cheap and plentiful, enough for everyone, for women, men, and children to take. Tuka says: in this joy upon joy, Govinda Himself has grown a harvest of Govinda.
What it means
Tukaram describes the life of God's devotees as a place with no anxiety, where the cry of victory never stops. The treasure stocked in every house is the Name of Narayana, and every good thing is contained in it. Unlike worldly wealth it is cheap and abundant, freely available to all, women and men and children alike. The closing image makes the point complete: in this overflowing joy, God has raised a whole crop of Himself. The Name is a wealth that does not run out and that excludes no one.
Ecstasy and Joy
Triumphant happiness: poems written from the far side of the struggle.
