English Translation
The pilgrimage to Pandhari is within my own home; I need no other sacred place or vow. I shall observe the Ekadashi fast and sing the Name day and night. Says Tuka, I shall utter Vitthal's Name with my voice; that is the seed that endures through the final dissolution.

What it means
Tukaram brings the pilgrimage indoors. The famous walk to Pandhari, the holy places, the vows: he sets them all aside, because the journey he means is the one he can make at home with his voice. What he keeps is the fast of Ekadashi and the constant singing of Vithoba's Name. He calls the Name the seed that endures through the final dissolution of the world, when every shrine and rite has been swept away. The claim is that the Name in the mouth outlasts the cosmos itself.
