English Translation
He who knows the inmost desire devises the right remedy. There is no need to ask or beg; simply follow Him with life and jiva. Hold patience and receive the imperishable fruit. Just as a mother calls her child and feeds it without being asked. Says Tuka, by such faith alone, some have leaped over mountains.

What it means

He gives the homely image of a mother who calls her child and feeds it before it can ask. The promise he lands is that such faith carries people over impossible obstacles, leaping mountains, because the doing is left to God.
