Today is a blessed day; I have had your darshan. Tell me all the news from home; narrate the full account. I will listen with an attentive mind and eager ears. Says Tuka, the name of God is all my rejoicing.

In Plain Words
Today is a blessed day; I have had your darshan. Tell me all the news from home; lay out the whole account. I will listen with an attentive mind and eager ears. Tuka says: the Name is all my rejoicing.
What it means
The waiting ends and Tukaram calls the day itself blessed, because the longed-for darshan has come. Like family reunited, he asks at once for all the news from the maher, his true home, wanting the whole story spread out before him. He readies himself to drink it in, mind alert and ears eager. And he names the source of his joy plainly: the Name of God is the whole of his rejoicing, the thing every other delight comes back to.
