आतां माझे सखे येती वारकरी । जीवा आस थोरी लागली ते ॥1॥
सांगतील माझ्या निरोपाची मात । सकळ वृत्तांत माहेरींचा ॥ध्रु.॥
काय लाभ जाला काय होतें केणें । काय काय कोणे सांटविलें ॥2॥
मागणें तें काय धाडिलें भातुकें । पुसेन तें सुखें आहेतसीं ॥3॥
तुका ह्मणे काय सांगती ते कानीं । ऐकोनियां मनीं धरुनि राहें ॥4॥

English Translation
Now my dear friends, the Varkaris, are returning; my jiva is full of great expectation. They will tell me the news and every detail of my true home. What gains were made, what was done by whom, and what was stored away. What was asked for, what gifts were sent; I will ask these happily. Says Tuka, whatever they tell, I will hear it and hold it in my mind.
