Narayana is the giver whose sankalpa is ever true. He fulfills every longing of the mind. Here all ornaments of devotion shine, for by the strength of pure intent, the fruits of longing are made real. With tender care he knows the seed within; he pervades the entire cosmos. Says Tuka, haste will not do. One must wait until the destined hour arrives.
