English Translation
All beings have come to a state of equality before my eyes. When did I ever see them otherwise? That is true faith, born of Panduranga's grace. Let no one doubt me, no matter what the world says, whether in blame or praise. Says Tuka, whatever I encounter, I feel it as myself.

What it means
Tukaram is reporting a settled change in how he sees. Every creature now appears the same to him, with none above and none below, and he cannot recall a time it was different. He names the source plainly: this even vision is the gift of Panduranga's grace, and that is what true faith looks like. He then waves away all judgment of it, blame and praise alike, because the sight does not depend on the world's verdict. The closing line states the heart of it: whatever he encounters, he feels it as his own self.
