English Translation
No other strategy will avail in reaching God. He alone should be meditated upon with single-pointed chitta, after casting aside all that is refuse and dead. The six waves within the heart must be thoroughly conquered. Says Tuka, where desire comes to an end, there He takes up His abode.

Here no second scheme will work to reach God. Meditate on him alone, with one mind, after emptying out all that is dead and waste. Conquer the six waves in the heart, every one, to the end. Tuka says: where desire runs out, there he comes to live.
What it means
Tukaram is laying down the one path to God and refusing any backup plan. No clever second strategy will carry you there; only single-pointed remembrance, after you clear out everything dead and useless inside. The six waves he names are the surges of the body and mind, hunger and thirst, grief and delusion, age and death, the appetites that keep the heart churning. These must be quieted to their root. Then comes the radical claim: God takes up residence not where desire is satisfied, but where desire has ended.
