English Translation
To be honored by the world, one needs wealth and worldly illusion. My jiva has no taste for these. I have made all my preparations for Your feet alone. Now I want nothing else. Accept me graciously, O God; do not delay any further. I have come to see that nothing in this world is real, and so I have reined in all desire. Says Tuka, now bring my mind's longings to fulfillment, O Treasury of mercy.

What it means
Tukaram clears away what most people live for and names the one thing he keeps. Worldly honor runs on wealth and illusion, and he says plainly that his soul has lost the appetite for it. Having seen that nothing in this world is real, he has pulled in his desires and turned every preparation toward God's feet alone. What remains is a single petition, and an impatient one: accept me, do not delay. The surrender is complete enough that he can ask God to finish the work, bringing the one longing that is left to its fulfillment.
