Having received your command, I shall certainly remain. Treasure of compassion, born from Kaikeyī’s womb, how could I rashly say anything more? (1) I shall hear, ‘Bharata is king, while Sītā, Rāma, and Lakṣmaṇa are in the forest,’ and endure it with glad submission. Seeing the city, its people, and all the mothers, I shall find happiness and contentment. (2) The Lord knows how I shall keep his word until the term is fulfilled. Tulsī says I shall make my next plea when I grasp these feet again. (3)
