दोउ राजसुवन राजत मुनिके संग। नखसिख लोने, लोने बदन, लोने लोने लोयन, दामिनि-बारिद-बरबरन अंग॥ १ ॥ सिरनि सिखा सुहाइ, उपबीत पीत पट, धनु-सर कर, कसे कटि निखंग। मानो मख-रुज निसिचर हरिबेको सुत पावकके साथ पठये पतंग॥ २ ॥ करत छाँह घन, बरषैं सुमन सुर, छबि बरनत अतुलित अनंग। तुलसी प्रभु बिलोकि मग, लोग, खग-मृग प्रेम मगन रंगे रूप-रंग॥ ३ ॥
The two royal sons shine in the sage's company. Lovely from nail to crown, lovely of face, lovely, lovely of eye, their limbs bear the splendid hues of lightning and rain cloud. (1) Topknots shine upon their heads; sacred threads and yellow cloth adorn them; bows and arrows are in hand, quivers fastened at the waist. It is as though the sun sent his sons with Fire to destroy the night-roamers who afflict the sacrifice. (2) Clouds cast shade and gods shower flowers, declaring their beauty beyond comparison with Love. Tulsī says: beholding the Lord along the road, people, birds, and deer become absorbed in love, dyed in the color of his form. (3)
