Lovely little bows and tiny arrows are in his hands; a matching quiver is fastened at his waist, and his cloth is yellow. Lovely shoes are on his feet; hearing the music of anklets and little bells, the mind finds joy and remains forever near him. (1) Lovely bracelets and armlets, a pendant and garland upon his breast; the beauty of earrings and forehead-mark is engraved in the poet's heart. A red cap upon his head, great lotus-eyes, and a beautiful face— he stands beneath the wish-granting tree. (2) Lovely in every limb, with younger brothers and children beside him, he leaves men and women gazing like deer at a lamp. Playing ball, top, hoop, and string in Ayodhyā's lanes, may that sweet form dwell in Tulsī's heart. (3)
