Lovely child, beautiful little calf—Mother offers herself for you. Sleep peacefully; the hour of sleep has come, all four brothers of lovely deeds. (1) Holding them to her heart and fondling them moment by moment, she says, “My little, beautiful children, roots of delight, moons to the lily-bed of our line—my Rāmacandra, lord of the Raghus.” (2) Raghubara's childhood play is the saints' lovely and auspicious wish-granting cow. Tulsī milks her, drinks the milk of love from its thick stream, and lives happily. (3)
