What Are the Limits to My Existence? - 22nd January 2018

Saar (Essence)

Ananta guides seekers to recognize their limitless nature by observing that all sensations occur within an unbounded space, asserting that boundaries are merely mental interpretations rather than experiential facts.

Nothing in your experience is defining a boundary for you, only the mind's interpretation of it.
You are the limitless existence; if it were limited, you would be able to measure its size.
The unlimited space for all sensations and perceptions is contained within you.

Ananta

Any sensation that you might be identifying with as yourself, can I not add one more sensation to the mix? Suppose you're looking at the body sensation. In the same space in which body sensation is happening, we're also experiencing the sensation of this room. You see, unlimited space for all these sensations and perceptions is contained within you. If it was not for the voice of limitation, this mind, what is telling you that something is your boundary? Nothing in your experience is defining a boundary for you, just the interpretation of it.

Ananta

You are the limitless existence, and don't just take my word for it. Check for yourself. My existence, if it is limited, I should be able to measure it. I should be able to tell you the size, the weight of my existence. You and all of us, if we were separate existence, we would of course be able to tell you: what are the limits to my existence?
