Spontaneous Recognition is Happening for Us Now - 8th August 2016
Saar (Essence)
Ananta emphasizes that the spontaneous recognition of one's true nature and the resulting bliss are the Satguru's grace, advising seekers to trust this divine unfolding rather than trying to control or maintain it.
This spontaneous recognition and settling in our true nature is what is unfolding for all of us.
Everything is happening on its own; this clearly didn't have any personal intervention.
Accept it as the Satguru's Prasad; the one who gave it knows how to do the rest.

I wanted to ask that it's wonderful shares like something which has been happening. It's like after five satsangs, we spend some time in satsang and after that I started feeling very, like very blissful. And the whole weekend was like gone, like I was like in heaven, like wherever you are. And even if I get involved in something, the moment I stop it and just sit, I just become very blissful. And the thoughts which were appearing seem to be like not getting believed by itself, like I don't have to actually do it. And like this blissful energy I was feeling continuously throughout, a continuous stream of pleasantness. And it was so much that some of my friends invited me to yoga class; once a month we go there. And I feel that I am naturally feeling this awareness as a natural state of my being, so I don't need like to do anything else. But like is the world part which is the... I again feel like I am coming back, back to earth from heaven. And the thoughts seem to be more closer, and at that time it seems to be like automatically fading away and not getting much attention here. So like this belief that you say that... yeah. So how I just feel like if you just like the distance in the sense of me and the mind thoughts, the thinking, like a natural process is happening by its own. And so can you share some light? This natural unfolding or this spontaneous recognition and the settling in in our true nature is what is happening for all of us in satsang?
Is another easy, another way to see that this is what is unfolding? So like Bhagwan said, we can keep saying whatever we want. I can keep saying do this, don't do this, do like this, don't do like that, but ultimately it is this Satguru's grace that does everything. So we cannot fix a cause for why something happened, like this is why the seeming oscillation is also happening. So if you accept it as the Satguru's Prasad and you enjoy it while it is on, and you trust the Satguru enough that he knows in how much doses and what has to be given when, you see? So then we will not be hard on ourselves and say, 'Okay, so what did I do to lose it?' or 'What can I do to keep it?' Both these questions are not valid because it happened, you see, on its own. So that which happened on its own... everything is happening on its own, but this clearly didn't have any personal intervention. Take it as Satguru's Prasad, and that which can give you this Prasad also knows how to do the rest of it. So enjoy, little child.
