Saar (Essence)

Ananta teaches that no sensation can overwhelm the boundless space of consciousness. He explains that we mistakenly identify with a self-drawn boundary of the body, while our true nature remains the infinite observer of the play.

There is no sensation which is greater than you; it is all occurring within your boundless space.
You have drawn a boundary and presented it to the world, claiming 'this is me'.
Consciousness plays this game by drawing an intricate sketch of a self and believing it.

Now the good news is that there is no sensation which is greater than you. No matter what the sensation might be, it is occurring in your space, within you. And because of our interpretation of these sensations, we feel that this one is all there is; it is too strong, it is overwhelming. But actually, what happens is that you're experiencing a lot of the other sensations as well. This voice is happening in the same space. This space is actually boundless. Your being is actually boundless.

Ananta

But like a child, you've drawn a boundary and you presented it to the world. It's like you made a sketch of body and self and said, "See, see, see, Ma, this is me." And you got attached to that idea. Whereas on this is consciousness. Consciousness is playing this game by drawing this beautiful, intricate sketch and claiming to itself, "This is me."
