Saar (Essence)

Ananta teaches that our natural being is ever-present and requires no effort to attain. By practicing gratitude for moments of stillness, we realize that the source of all joy resides within ourselves.

There is nothing greater that you will ever discover about yourself than your own being.
The source of all joy is within you; you don't have to look anywhere else.
Being is naturally available in this moment; there is nothing you have to do to create this.

Two brothers, enjoy, enjoy my being. Sometimes confined only till my focus is inside and I'll say this word, country from notions, but it is still short-lived. Like, or sometimes it will seem like life gives us very little time for this.

Ananta

But at least whatever time it gives you, if it is used in this, then you will find that you are not leaving this and more and more gets included in this itself. Can you come to a point that you go to the busiest marketplace and you can, you will find that, oh, it's all within my being and I never leave my Self? So I know that life is not vindictive. It is only responding to whatever, whatever is your truest calling. So instead of feeling that life should give me more time and space to enjoy my being, just feel grateful for whatever time life is giving you already. And in that sense of gratitude, it will continue to grow. It will continue, even in a sense, even a moment can be like time is actually an enemy in themselves. This pure openness, even for a few moments in their life, you see.

Ananta

So the Lord has given us the space and openness even for this moment. We're very, very grateful for it. There is nothing greater that you will ever discover about yourself than your Being, than yourself, that which is aware even of the Being and which is so ever-present. But you will see that all this trying to be something, we're gonna be in... yes, it's been ugly. We have tried to be something, but the dropping of 'something' is not a trying. It is what is naturally available in this moment. Just nothing you have to do to create this. You are this and you can never leave this. Although attention for a bit can seem like it is going far from your true Self, it is never true. Attention never leaves you. But like I said, don't worry about it. Just please, inside here, let's enjoy yourself. Don't enjoy the objective self, which is also available for you. Enjoy your Self which is not changing, your naturally original existence.

Ananta

And even suppose that these objective distinctions were you, and that there was an apple and you were this body. The taste of the sweetest apple, the joy that comes from the apple—where does it come from? It comes from you. So the source of all joy must be you. You don't have to look anywhere else.
