The Insignificance of Caste

English Translation · I.P. 942

AVAISHNAVA is one who loves God alone, who puts no trust in anything else; body, wealth and his fellow-men are but a straw to him. Though he be afflicted, yet he fails not in his purpose, because he is thoroughly resolved. Tuka says, His caste may be anything at ail.

Tr. J. Nelson Fraser & K.B. Marathe (1909)
