Abhanga 308The Nature of God

God's Protecting Love

English Translation · I.P. 308

I ) Y the favour of God, feed on this food, every - ) one of you that is entitled to it. Brahma and the other gods can hardly obtain these frag ments; despise not you this nectar of Brahma. The store is full enough to satisfy all; title to the food exists in every soul. Herein the mighty one is inclined to grant our wishes; he fulfils the desires of all. Here the supply is inexhaustible; one is tempted to take mouthful after mouthful for ever. Tuka says, The cooking is done by LakshmT’s hand; God has with him a maidservant incomparable.
