एक मन तुझ्या अवघ्या भांडवला । वांटितां तें तुला येइऩ कैसें ॥1॥
ह्मणउनि दृढ धरीं पांडुरंग । देहा लावीं संग प्रारब्धाचा ॥ध्रु.॥
आणिका संकल्पा नको गोऊं मन । तरी च कारण साध्य होय ॥2॥
तुका ह्मणे ऐसें जाणावें उचित । तरी सहज िस्थत येइऩल कळों ॥3॥

English Translation
You have one mind as your entire capital. If you divide it among many, how will it serve you? Therefore hold firmly to Panduranga, and let the body keep company with its destiny. Do not entangle the mind in other plans; only then can the true goal be achieved. Says Tuka, know this to be the proper way, and the natural state will reveal itself.
