English Translation
I have been entirely spent in the pull of the senses. Whatever happened, moment by moment, I have reported to You. May You kindly attend to this matter of service. I have set down my own burden. Says Tuka, if in the future something goes wrong, may Narayana Himself take care of it.

What it means
Tukaram makes a frank act of surrender after admitting failure. He confesses he has been worn out by the constant pull of the senses, and that he has kept nothing hidden, reporting each thing to God as it happened. Having owned his weakness, he lays down the whole weight of his own keeping and asks God to take charge of his service. The last line hands over even the future: if anything goes wrong and needs urgent rescue, that too is now Narayana's responsibility, not his.
