English Translation
I have offered all my feelings to You. You are mine alone, with all my chitta. Why do You not know these innermost matters? Yet for the sake of joy, You make me speak. All my burdens are Yours to carry; what need is there for me to say anything? By Your own nature, You bring about our true welfare, sorting things out with playful grace. Says Tuka, You know all this, O God, the innermost nature of our chittas.

In Plain Words
I have offered You all my feelings. You are mine alone, with my whole heart. Why do You act as if You do not know what is inside me? You make me say it only for the joy of it. The whole weight of me is Yours to carry. What is there left for me to say? By Your own nature You work my true good; You sort it all out as if in play. Tuka says: You know this, O God. You know the inmost nature of our hearts.
What it means
Tukaram has handed his whole inner life over to Vitthal and knows the surrender is already complete. So he gently teases God: why pretend not to know what is in my heart, when You know it better than I do? He sees that God draws the prayer out of him not from need but for the sweetness of being asked. Once the whole burden is carried by God, the devotee has nothing left to plead; God arranges everything for the soul's good, lightly, as if at play. The poem rests in the certainty that the Lord already knows the inmost self, so words are only the overflow of love.
Surrender and Acceptance
The conditions of spiritual receptivity and the letting go of the separate self.
