English Translation

Now we fear no one, for Vithoba's strength is ours. This Panduranga has given us courage; we will not scatter in the snares of worldly life. Says Tuka, this God is my champion. In His company, there is no fear or dread.

In Plain Words

Now we fear no one. Vithoba's strength has become ours. This Panduranga has given us courage. We will not be scattered in the snares of worldly life. Tuka says: this God is my champion. In his company there is no fear and no dread.

What it means

Tukaram is declaring a fearlessness that is not his own but borrowed from God. The ground of it is plain: Vithoba's strength has become his, so there is no one left to be afraid of. He names the danger he has escaped, the snares of worldly life that scatter a person, and says the courage Panduranga gave him holds him together against it. The close states the reason once more: with God as his champion at his side, fear and dread simply have no place.
