English Translation
Therefore, one should surrender to God with one's entire being. He will carry you across the impassable river of worldly existence. He is supremely compassionate, and His name is Ananta, the Infinite. Says Tuka, when the witness has arrived, the truth is made manifest.

What it means
Tukaram urges total surrender, not a partial bargain but giving the whole self over. The reason is the size of the danger and the size of the helper: worldly existence is a river impossible to ford by your own strength, but God is endlessly compassionate, and His name itself, Ananta, means without limit. Such a one can carry you to the far shore. The closing line says that once you actually have this firsthand, the witness has arrived, you no longer have to argue it; the truth simply shows itself.
