English Translation
There is nothing before or after, nothing besides this. All else has been swept clean and cleared away. Without faith, the names of everything else are empty. Says Tuka, without God, nothing at all remains.

What it means
Tukaram describes a stripping-away that is total: past and future, every other thing, all of it cleared like a settled account. What is left is the bare fact named in the last line, apart from God, nothing remains. The middle line gives the hinge: it is faith that empties the other names of their content; without it they sound full, but they hold nothing. This is the contemplative endpoint where everything that competed for the heart has simply ceased to count.
