English Translation
There is nothing more left to say in supplication. Now, O Lord of Pandhari, my head rests at Your feet. Whatever resources I had, I have already spent. Says Tuka, even in despair, this servant does not nurture false hope and will not turn back.

There is nothing left to put into a prayer; I have nothing more. Now, O Lord of Pandhari, my head rests at your feet. Whatever schemes I had, I have already used them up. Tuka says: even in hopelessness this servant will not nurse a false hope, and he will not turn back.
What it means
Tukaram has emptied his bag of requests and admits there is nothing more to petition for. With that, he simply lays his head at the feet of the Lord of Pandhari. He confesses that every plan and resource he once had is spent. The final stance is firm rather than despairing: he will not feed himself false hope to soften the emptiness, and he will not retreat from the feet he has chosen. Surrender here is staying put with nothing in hand, refusing both illusion and escape.
