English Translation
If You make me speak, I will come forth with Your answers. Grant me some little trinket as a playful gift. Whatever You make me speak, I will faithfully carry out. Says Tuka, O Lord, my movements are at Your command.

What it means
Tukaram hands over his own words and acts to God. If God speaks through him, what comes out will be God's answer, not his own; he asks only for some small playful gift, the way a child is given a treat. Whatever he is made to say, he will also do, keeping word and act together. The closing line lays it bare: even his movements are not his own but at God's command. It is the prayer of one who wants to be an instrument and nothing more.
