English Translation
Go, all of you, to Pandharpur! He is the true companion of the lowly. He does not hold virtues or faults in His mind; He makes you like Himself. He stands with upraised arms, ready to ferry you across the ocean of existence. Says Tuka, the urgency is great, and many meetings have taken place.

What it means
Tukaram calls everyone to set out for Pandharpur without delay. He frames Vithoba as the kinsman of the lowly, one who does not sit in judgment over your merits and faults but instead lifts you to his own level. The image of the upraised arms is the deity's posture at Pandhari, read here as readiness to ferry the soul across samsara. The closing urgency tells the listener this offer is open and already being taken up; do not be the one who hangs back.
