English Translation
Now you, O compassionate saints, are my dear ones. Do what is good for me; I lay my burden upon you. Whatever was hidden has come to Your feet; there is nothing apart from this. Says Tuka, I have loosened all knots and embraced Your feet.

Now you, compassionate ones, the saints, are my own dear ones. Do what is good for me; I lay my whole load and weight on you. Whatever I had hidden is now at your feet; nothing is kept apart from this. Tuka says: I have loosened every knot, and I have embraced your feet.
What it means
Tukaram hands his whole life over to the saints he loves. Instead of managing his own good, he asks them to decide what is good for him and accepts the cost: the burden becomes theirs to carry. He brings out even what he had concealed and sets it at their feet, keeping nothing back. The closing image is total release: he undoes every knot he had tied around himself and simply holds on to their feet.
