English Translation
Such is the glory of Your feet, O Purushottama. Through them the blind can appraise jewels, and the mute are made to speak clearly. Is there anything beyond the power in Your hands, O Lord of Pandhari? Says Tuka, dull and ignorant as I am, You have set me in motion.

What it means
Tukaram praises the feet of God by what they accomplish in the helpless. Through them the blind can judge gems and the mute can speak plainly, impossibilities that show grace doing what ability cannot. From these wonders he draws the obvious conclusion: nothing lies outside the Lord's power. Then he turns it on himself, the surest proof of all, for if a dull and inert person like him has been roused into speech and movement, the glory of those feet needs no further argument.
