English Translation
Narayana is the beautiful foundation of all resolve. He fulfills everyone's desire and dissolves the heaviness of bodily existence. When God abides in the chitta, excellent renown follows in both worlds. Says Tuka, the jiva is satisfied, and no sigh of regret can come near.

In Plain Words
Narayana is the beautiful ground of every resolve. He fulfills everyone's wish and dissolves the heaviness of having a body. When God stays in the mind, good name follows in both worlds. Tuka says: the jiva is satisfied, and no sigh of regret can come near it.
What it means
Tukaram names what every intention and effort actually rests on: Narayana is the foundation beneath all resolve. Because of this, God both grants what people long for and lifts the dead weight of bodily existence. Keep God seated in the mind, he says, and honor follows in this world and the next alike. The final claim is the deepest: a jiva so filled is satisfied, and regret, the sigh over what was missed, can no longer reach it.
