समर्थाची धरिली कास । आतां नाश काशाचा ॥1॥

English Translation
I have grasped the hem of the Capable One; what destruction can touch me now? Rush to my aid, and I will praise You; I am Yours, O Vitthal. I need not look in any direction; the moment I call, You draw me near. Says Tuka, I cannot hold my patience, yet Your patience, born of compassion, is steady and unwavering.
