English Translation
In your company, our conviction is now firm. We have seen joys and celebrations we never knew before. At home there were only ponds of buttermilk, but here there are floods of fresh butter. Says Tuka, now we will not leave even if you try to drive us away.

In Plain Words
In your company our minds are settled at last. We have known joys and delights we never saw before. At home there were only ponds of buttermilk; here there are floods of fresh butter. Tuka says: now we will not go, even if you drive us away.
What it means
Tukaram measures the difference God's company makes by a homely image: thin buttermilk at home, oceans of fresh butter here. The contrast says that ordinary life offered only a watered-down satisfaction, while nearness to God is the rich thing itself. Once a soul has tasted that, the old wandering mind comes to rest. The closing line names the new stubbornness of love: having found this, the devotee refuses to be sent away even if God Himself tries to drive him off.
