याती मतिहीन रूपें लीन दीन । आणीक अवगुण जाणोनियां ॥1॥

English Translation
Knowing me to be of humble birth, dull of wit, plain of appearance, and full of every other fault, Vitthal still accepted me as His own. Whatever I do works for my own good; this recognition has become clear in my chitta. The jiva is flooded with immeasurable joy, for the Supreme Bliss has taken up my burden.
