Shambhu's advice is wise, affectionate, and repeated for Narada's protection. Still, it does not please the sage. A mind enjoying its own triumph hears caution as a shadow cast across deserved glory.
Shiva now turns the listener toward the deeper movement beneath the mistake. Hari's will is all powerful. Narada's refusal is not outside the Leela, and the coming humiliation will not fall outside compassion.
Bharadvaja is asked to listen to the wonder. The Lord is about to answer pride with a world shaped from Maya, allowing the hidden claim of self conquest to flower fully before it can be uprooted.
The loving warning falls unheard, and Hari's inscrutable will opens the road ahead.

संभु दीन्ह उपदेस हित नहिं नारदहि सोहान। भारद्वाज कौतुक सुनहु हरि इच्छा बलवान।।127।।
Shambhu had given him wise and loving counsel, but Narada did not find it pleasing. O Bharadvaja, now hear this wondrous play, for the will of Hari is all-powerful.
